studio 16:19 packed the amenity design with various comfortable seating opportunities and activities to promote community-building and gathering within the outdoor spaces.
Nestled within the Dutch-inspired architecture, studio 16:19 designed the amenity courtyards and landscape areas for the community. A large, resort-style pool centers the courtyard, providing comfortable lounge furnishings, lush landscaping, and a cozy firepit. Other amenity areas include a gaming courtyard complete with bocce, cornhole, and giant Jenga, as well as a dog park and picnic canopy.
