Our Culture

studio 16:19 is committed to fostering an authentic work culture.

Our empowered staff is encouraged to collaborate with like-minded professionals in our creative studio environment. Team members are urged to think outside the box as the most obvious solution may not always be the best. We strive to create a fun environment where each team member is valued, heard, and confidently believes they belong.

While our studio is a great work family, we know our staff's families come first.

We offer flexibility in schedules, exceptional holiday and PTO programs, and our studio closes each Friday afternoon to afford team members time for family, regular life activities, or just an early start to the weekend.

We also believe in celebrating wins, whether those are project related or personal; each team member is encouraged in their personal and professional growth and accomplishments. We come together as a studio to celebrate birthdays, holidays, personal milestones, and our furry family members. We have also been known to compete in Minute To Win It games, office Olympics, and foosball tournaments! And of course, we applaud each other for promotions, awards, and professional achievements.

The studio 16:19 team has participated in many activities together both in and out of the studio. From Park(ing) Day to volunteering in the community to competing against each other in the art of fairy garden design, we know the importance of teamwork and good, clean fun.

This playfulness also helps to create unity within the studio as we work together to accomplish any goal put before us.

We understand that teamwork really does make the dream work, so cooperation and collaboration always stay at the forefront of our process. We encourage everyone in the studio to learn and lead for the betterment of our peers and the projects we create.

Because each team member brings unique talents and strengths to the studio, we can work together in various manners to create extraordinary people spaces that impact our clients, cohorts, and communities in truly special ways.
