Attracting well-known anchor tenants, the design team’s collaboration was monumental in establishing the end-user’s experience. Native and adaptive planting were utilized to soften the harsh parking areas, and tree preservation maintained the mature canopy across the site. studio 16:19 provided landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and branding and signage design for the center including a heavily landscaped compatibility buffer to the adjacent residential neighborhood.
