Spectra Parks bridges the gap with affordable, yet modern and beautiful housing.
The design team has provided modern, quality amenities through an affordable product. studio 16:19 provided landscape and irrigation design across the site as well as hardscape and pool design at the pool courtyard - to include grilling and picnic space and an exciting playground with natural play elements. Other amenities include park land dedicated to the City of Austin and a dog park.
