The PUD and master plan provisioned for a large open space to serve as an amenity for the surrounding developments. studio 16:19 planned and designed the space to not only include therapeutic walking trails, but interpretive signage and learning opportunities.

Chandler Oaks Professional Park is now a sub-divided 25 acre tract within the larger Chandler Creek Business Park development. While the other 150 acres are primarily light industrial and offices, the Professional Park was developed with a PUD to provide other uses within the area including senior multi-family and healthcare. studio 16:19 provided a cohesive signage master plan design for the overall business park and typical street sections and landscape treatments for the future City of Round Rock roadway extensions and realignments.
