Studio 16:19 partnered with Altman Development Group in efforts to fast track the delivery of ThermoSol’s new headquarters relocation from California to Round Rock on this rewarding yet challenging economic development project. Collaboration, Innovation, Partnership, Creativity, and Persistence are all words used to describe the approach the site development & design team members have utilized during the design and permitting process that have coalesced to this moment in time. The project consists of 6 buildings ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 square feet, a 5 story office tower, all augmented with a walking park with trails throughout a wetland ecosystem. Our studio was commissioned for landscape and irrigation services, in addition to master planning in the infancy of the project.
