Rabb House Redevelopment

Round Rock, TX

PROJECT

The Rabb Park Redevelopment Project is located in the City of Round Rock-owned Rabb Park off Palm Valley Blvd. Rabb Park is a heavily wooded and topographically challenged tract along Brushy Creek that was master planned to include the Play for All Abilities Park and a trail head for the Brushy Creek Regional Trail. The project scope included the redevelopment of the Rabb House community building and the development of a large outdoor patio, amphitheater, and lawn gatherings for community functions.  Giving homage to the scale, aesthetics, and character of the original Rabb House, the new facility provides an updated layout and design that marries history with modern accessibility.
