Lewisville Towne Center, located along the Sam Rayburn Tollway in Lewisville is a large 200,000 SF retail enter. The project anchored by Target and Studio Movie Grill, provides local and regional residents with a unique shopping experience. Our studio was engaged to provide Landscape, Hardscape, Irrigation, Signage. Hardscape development included custom shade structures for seating opportunities and specialize pavement treatments. Landscape enhancements utilizing North Texas native plants were proposed throughout the retail development. Working closely with Hodges Architecture, this project has been a challenging, yet rewarding experience.
