studio16:19 partnered with trusted Civil Engineers, Hagood Engineering Associates to provide tree preservation and mitigation plans, as well as planting and irrigation plans for the single-family residential development to comply with the City of Round Rock Landscape Ordinance. In addition, agency review and construction administration services were provided to ensure a smooth process from design through completion. Finally, branding and signage design allowed studio16:19 to add character and emphasis to the main entrance of the community. The entry landscaping features a native and adaptive, low-maintenance plant palette in red, warm hues. The entry monument sign captures the classic take on traditional Texas with Texas limestone columns and a coated metal blade to mimic the appearance of rusting metal (but without the maintenance and headaches).
