Belterra Village, located along Highway 290, consists of over 200,000 sq. feet of retail and restaurants providing a unique and comprehensive shopping experience to the Hill Country. The development’s design utilizes the existing topography and Hill Country framework to create a village feel, which provides spaces for people to live, work, and play. The hillside nature of the site, including the volume of trees across the property, required the design team to develop a balance between tree preservation and mitigation, yet retaining what is special about the Belterra Community.
