Burke Real Estate Group engaged our studio to help redesign the common landscape area at the Plaza at Avery Ranch located at Parmer Lane and Avery Ranch Boulevard in Northwest Austin. From the original project completion in 2004, the space was hindered by severe drainage issues and ultimately became an unsightly and unusable, leftover space. An upgraded design, with a more contemporary approach, proposed a creation of distinct upper and lower plazas immediately off the leasable space. A circular pergola and fire pit in the lower plaza created an inviting and attractive people space with strands of lights over the dining/activity area to create a sense of enclosure.
